Where do you live?
I live in Heaven with three heavenly furry angels (my cats Carina, Orion & Maya)

Best childhood memory?
At my grandfather’s orange orchard in Morphou. It was a beautiful place with the river running next to it and there, we were allowed to play with full freedom and pick fruit from the trees.

Most frequented restaurant and absolute favourite dish?
I prefer to be more adventurous than sticking to one place all the time. The same goes for dishes, I like to sample different dishes from cuisines all over the world.

What food would you really turn your nose up to?
Raw sea food such as oysters.

What did you have for breakfast?
Oat bran with low fat yogurt, ‘Bamboo’ hot drink

Would you class yourself as a day or night person? What’s your idea of the perfect night/day out?
Definitely a night person! I don’t usually go to bed before 2am and that’s when I usually send out most of my emails and update my social media sites. Perfect day or night would be to spend it with good friends with interesting conversation and good food and wine. I love day trips around Cyprus, discovering new unexplored areas.

Best book ever read?
There’s so many books that I absolutely love! Books that have changed and shaped my life include Louise Hay’s The Power is Within You, Deepak Chopra’s The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad, Poor Dad, Bruce Lipton’s The Biology of Belief and many more.

Favourite film of all time?
Excalibur, a 1981 film by John Boorman, which is about the reign of King Arthur and the Wizard Merlin. Top cast of British actors, superb filming, which takes you right back to that obscure period in history. My favourite is Merlin and the way he maneuvered all the other characters in the story. Also What the Bleep do we Know, which is a basic explanation of the Quantum Field and how it translates into our everyday life. A must watch for everybody.

Favourite holiday destination (or best holiday ever taken)? What’s your dream trip?
Best trip was to India and Nepal. Destinations full of colours, smells, sounds, tastes! I would go back in a heartbeat! Amazing people with an amazing culture and history. Visiting the Monkey Temple in Nepal (as the Beatles called it), the Taj Mahal, Gandhi’s memorial, Varanasi (where the ‘mother’ river Ganges flows and where every Indian has to go once in their life), the Kajurahu Temples (where the Kama Sutra statues are) was like a pilgrimage.
Dream trip would be to go around the world and visit as many countries as possible.

What music are you listening to in the car at the moment?
I don’t usually listen to music in the car. I listen to audio books and inspirational and motivational speakers instead. We spend quite a long time in the car, that would otherwise go wasted, so I utilise it to continue my education and this is what I recommend to all my clients.

Dream house: rural retreat or urban dwelling? Where would it be, what would it be like?
It would be a rural retreat by the sea with plenty of open spaces and large grounds for my cats to play around in. It would be a safe haven for my individual and group sessions.

If you could pick anyone at all (alive or dead) to go out for the evening with, who would it be?
Again my list would be long – the Buddha, Socrates, Plato, Christ, Heraclitus, Hermes Trismegistus (for their philosophy, wisdom and amazing thinking), Merlin the magician, Leonardo Da Vinci, Nostradamus (for their out-of-the-box thinking), Helen Keller and Nick Vujicic (who was born without arms and legs) for their courage to ‘live’ life to the fullest.

If the world is ending in 24 hours what would you do?
Where do I start!!! I would tell all the important people in my life how they helped shape my life and that I love them, especially my parents and brother for being such amazing teachers for my growth.

What is your greatest fear?
I have truly left behind me this concept which is called fear. I choose to Love instead!
