Balance is something we all need in everyday life – especially athletes. We take balance for granted when we run, jump, swing, or throw and, over time, our balance becomes an after thought.
But all of us, and athletes in particular, can never afford to lose the strong mind-muscle connection if they wish to remain healthy, and maintain performance levels while remaining injury-free. And that connection is preserved by performing balance-dedicated drills.
