I live in Nicosia with my dogs, Alice and Photis!

I usually don’t have breakfast just a coffee in the morning

Describe your perfect day
A day trip with friends, just chatting and laughing in a relaxed mood.

Best book ever read?
The Little Prince, reading it I took it a step further and I learned that it is only with the heart that you see clearly.

Best childhood memory?
My grandfather telling me stories at night to fall asleep.

What is always in your fridge?
A bottle of wine!!

What music are you listening to in the car at the moment?
Mainly electronic music

What’s your spirit animal?
Dolphin. I don’t understand why but every time I see a dolphin I get emotional.

What are you most proud of?
I am proud for the risk I took in life to change my professional career, from the bank to the kitchen!

What movie scene has really stayed with you?
The final scene of Café de Flore when the woman asks for the man’s forgiveness that she should have lived two lives to let him be with his soulmate.

If you could pick anyone at all (alive or dead) to go out for the evening with, who would it be?
Alanis Morrissette because I admire her and I grew up with her songs, from my teenage years until now.

If you could time travel when/where would you go?
I would travel to ancient Athens, I would love to experience the birth of philosophy, democracy and culture.

What is your greatest fear?
Oblivion… and death

What would you say to your 18-year-old self?
I would tell her not to waste time in moments and situations that do not make her happy.

Name the one thing that would stop you dating someone
If they were stingy and selfish

If the world is ending in 24 hours what would you do?
I would like to express my love to the important people in life and to have a party to celebrate our last moments in this world!
