Paphos police were investigating on Tuesday after a pensioner reported he was robbed at gunpoint at his residence in Ayios Ioannis.
According to Paphos CID chief and police spokesman Michalis Nicolaou, around 3pm on Sunday, two unknown individuals wearing hoods and one bearing a handgun, barged into the residence of a 72-year-old and stole €9,300 in cash as well as three watches worth about ten thousand pounds.
Police were called at the scene for examinations from where they collected some evidence.
Investigations continue to locate the perpetrators.
