Friday will turn mostly clear after dispersal of low morning clouds. Temperatures will rise to 37C in the interior, 32C on the east and southeast coasts, 31C on the remaining coasts and 27C in the higher mountains. Winds will initially be south-easterly to south-westerly and locally variable, light, 3 Beaufort, to turning progressively south- to north-westerly, up to 4 Beaufort. The sea will be calm to slightly.

Overnight the weather will remain mostly clear with temperatures dropping to 20C in the interior, 22C on the coasts and 16C in the higher mountains. Winds will be mainly north-westerly to north-easterly and, on the north coast, south-easterly, weak, 3 Beaufort. The sea will continue to be calm to slightly rough.

Over the weekend warm weather, clear skies and sunshine are expected, which will continue into the week with clouds in the mountains developing in the afternoon.

Temperatures will gradually rise slightly through Sunday to fluctuate significantly above average for the season, with slight drop on Monday.
