A wine masterclass, culinary pairing, live jazz and a romantic date are what Vinylio Wine Etc has planned for a special evening coming up to celebrate its 10th anniversary. The big evening is planned for February 14 with honoured guests joining in to entertain visitors and offer unique tasting experiences.

The Limassol bar’s anniversary date coincides with Valentine’s Day, offering a unique night out with wine, food and music. The evening will include a masterclass with Sofocles Vlassides from Vlassides Winery, a renowned Cypriot wine producer who will present a selection of wines and offer insights into the world of local wine-making.

A food pairing experience with chef Chloe Stavrou (BarlicGutterCooks) will also take place as she serves customers seven little dishes based on raw Cypriot ingredients, specially prepared for the evening.

Of course, it would not be a celebratory night without a live music programme. Ready to entertain guests and swing them into a jazz repertoire will be vocalist Alice Alvazian, guitarist Alexis Kasinos and saxophonist Marios Papare. The three musicians will present an enchanting programme of jazz melodies to charm crowds.

The evening will be an intimate occasion, welcoming just 35 to 40 guests so those who want to experience it are encouraged to book their spot soon.
