“This Spring, we invite you to celebrate the beauty of Easter at a unique event you won’t want to miss,” say organisers of an upcoming market that will last for a whole 14 days!

The Easter market titled Alice in Wonderland will take place at Larnaca’s Salina Municipal Park from April 13 to 27, featuring all sorts of Easter and spring-themed goodies. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn about Easter traditions at the market, take part in traditional games typically played this season, browse handmade products from local artisans and of course, taste Cypriot Easter delicacies and sweets.

There will also be workshops running for all ages teaching participants how to dye Easter eggs, make spring crafts and other Easter goodies. More interactive games for young visitors will be on, as well as live music and entertainment.

“Bring your family and friends,” conclude organisers, “and join us at the first and biggest Easter market ever!” This is the one of the many spring markets happening around Cyprus as several are planned in all cities as the weather turns warmer and the cultural agenda fills with more outdoor events.
