Craving a street festival, a creativity event or a technology hub? One upcoming event has all three! Get ready to party, discover local creators, eat and drink as the Makers Fairs takes place in Larnaca on Saturday.

Taking place for the third consecutive year, organised by Youth Makerspace Larnaka of the Youth Board of Cyprus, the event seeks to promote innovation, experimentation, digital skills and the power of creation. Held at the grounds of the Youth Makerspace in Salina Municipal Park, a day of fun awaits.

From 5pm onwards, visitors will be able to discover the possibilities of the venue’s technological equipment, be inspired by a wide range of prototypes, projects and interactive booths from creators, organisations, and institutions and browse a photography exhibition.

Hands-on activities and workshops will be on, showcasing the art of handmade and the diversity of the STEAM field. And that is not all. Street food stalls will serve tasty bites throughout the evening. Choose hot meals by Afterbite and Pikla, cold drinks from the café To Tachydromeio, ice cream by Carnival and fresh loukoumades by En Meli.

On the music front, DJ Alejjos will be on the decks while live performances by local musicians will take place to bring the party vibes.
