The interior ministry has given the go ahead to the final phase of “restoration and revitalisation” of the old neighbourhood of the Larnaca district village of Oroklini, the Larnaca municipality said on Tuesday.

It said the decision “paves the way for the completion of the last three parts of the restoration project”, at an estimated cost of €3.5 million, which was provided by the European Union.
