Leptos Calypso Hotels Public Ltd on Monday announced that its board of directors will convene on September 19, 2025.

The company said that the meeting will take place in order to examine, among other matters, the unaudited financial results for the first six months of 2025.

The announcement was made to the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) in line with regulatory disclosure requirements.

The company stated that the review will focus on the six monthly results covering the first half of the year.

The meeting will be held by the board of directors to assess performance and financial standing during the period under consideration.
