Loan and real estate management company doValue Cyprus on Friday announced that it has acquired a majority stake in Omnitouch Cyprus Ltd, thereby expanding its footprint in outsourced customer-support and digital services across the island.
Cyprus-based Omnitouch provides inbound and outbound call-centre operations, online support, identity verification and confirmation services, as well as interactive voice response solutions.
In addition, its activities span banking, financial services, technology, communications, government and public services, travel, automotive, food services and emergency and trap lines, giving it a long-standing presence in multidimensional customer support.
The CEO of doValue Cyprus, Varnavas Kourounas, said the partnership marks “another essential step in the strategic plan of doValue, further strengthening its position in the market.”
He also said the company remains committed to continuous development, with the aim of creating long-term value for customers and partners.
Omnitouch Cyprus president Alexandros Diogenous said the collaboration is an important step that will add value to both organisations.
At the same time, he noted that “both organisations are committed to providing high-quality services, contributing to the development of the economy,” concluding his remarks on the outlook for the combined operation.
doValue Cyprus is part of the international doValue Group, the largest independent loan and property-management group in Southern Europe, headquartered in Italy with assets under management of about €136 billion.
Moreover, the group holds a dominant position in Italy, Greece, Spain, Portugal and Cyprus, where it is the largest independent loan manager and operates Altamira Real Estate, the island’s largest property sales platform.
