The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) on Thursday announced that the 13-week Treasury Bills 12th Issue, Series 2025 of the Republic of Cyprus will be suspended from trading between March 17, 2026 and March 19, 2026, ahead of their formal delisting from the market on March 20, 2026.
The exchange said that trading in the treasury bills, issued for the period December 19, 2025 to March 20, 2026, will be halted during the three-day window while all outstanding transactions are settled.
The affected securities are identified under the trading code TB13L25, which corresponds to the short-term government debt instrument listed on the exchange.
The exchange explained that the temporary suspension is intended to allow for the clearing of all transactions prior to delisting, ensuring that market operations conclude smoothly before the securities are removed from the market.
The treasury bills will subsequently be removed not only from the trading board of the exchange but also from the Central Securities Depository and Registry, where they are currently recorded.
