You read that right, an event dedicated to juicy pickles is approaching soon – a party no less.

“Mark your calendars, pickle people. It’s about to get briny,” says Brewfellas, which organises the Pickle Fest Party Day on March 25, 2026.

Ready to mark the public holiday in style, the event in the downtown Nicosia craft beer bar will kick off at 3pm, presenting all things sour and pickles in various forms and tastes.

You can expect pickle flavours and combinations of all sorts, picking out tastes from the Vault City sour fridge, which will be fully loaded with fresh arrivals.

A Pickle Bar will also be set up for even more delectable experiences.

“If it can be pickled, we’re probably pickling it,” adds Brewfellas. “Crunchy, spicy, sour, weird, wonderful – build your own briny adventure.”

Plus, visitors will be able to pair their favourite whiskey shots with a variety of pickle brines. Yet that is not all.

A Homemade Pickle Competition will take place, allowing different pickle-making recipes to take the spotlight in search of the tastiest one.

“Think your grandma’s recipe is unbeatable? Got a secret spice blend? Bring your homemade pickled veggies and let the crowd decide who rules the jar. All entries must come in clear jars, with no names or labels.”

A day dedicated to pickles will give this public holiday in Nicosia a unique flavour, paired with cold beers and groovy tunes by DJ Seto, who will take over the decks at 5pm.
