The first milestone of the “Active Mining” JV is the rollout of an 8MW flagship facility in the UAE, which is officially scheduled for energization by April 2026. This facility will serve as the cornerstone for a massive scaling of power capacity designed to meet the rising global demand for ASIC mining and AI-ready hosting.
