The Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Keve) has announced a two-day training programme for building managers, aimed at strengthening leadership and organisational skills.

The programme, titled “Building Managers 360 degrees – comprehensive managerial skills”, will take place on May 20 and May 21, 2026.

The sessions will be held at the Keve building in Nicosia, with daily teaching hours scheduled from 08.30 to 16.45.

The course will be conducted in Greek and led by programme instructor Andri Penta, who will guide participants through a wide range of management topics.

According to Keve, the training will focus on developing a comprehensive understanding of managerial responsibilities, helping participants better navigate their professional roles.

The programme will explore the role of the manager, including obligations and expectations within a modern business environment.

Participants will also gain insights into understanding business operations, enabling them to align management decisions with organisational goals.

A key area of focus will be the distinction between management and leadership, highlighting the skills required for each approach.

The seminar will also address task delegation and assignment, emphasising efficiency and accountability in team management.

In addition, the programme will cover professional appearance and workplace behaviour, reinforcing standards of conduct in corporate settings.

Participants will be trained in handling difficult employee behaviours, equipping them with tools to manage workplace challenges effectively.

The course will further examine employee motivation, offering strategies to understand and enhance team performance.

Another important component will be the role of empathy in management, underlining its significance in building strong professional relationships.

Attendees will also learn about skills assessment and evaluation, supporting better decision-making in human resource management.

The programme will conclude with a focus on goal setting, helping participants establish clear and achievable objectives within their organisations.
