Police arrested two people and issued 378 traffic fines during nationwide operations on Thursday night, authorities said on Friday.

A total of 682 vehicles and checked 952 drivers and passengers were pulled over, with the police filling 161 reports for speeding and six reports for drink driving, as well as one report for driving under the influence of drugs.

The police also raided 41 establishments and filed one report.
