Works start on Monday along Nikos Pattichis avenue in Larnaca to construct pavements and pedestrian crossings.

The Public Works Department announced on Friday that during the week-long works, from Acharnon street in the direction from the city centre to the Kamares roundabout, the left lane of the avenue would be closed to traffic for about 50m.

Traffic will be directed to the right lane and motorists are urged to follow signs.
