A 35-year-old man was seriously injured in a stabbing on Wednesday afternoon while working on a construction site in Polemidia.

He was taken to Limassol general hospital by his employer with a severe lung injury and a chest wound. He is in the ICU in critical, yet stable condition.

The attacker has not been identified. Limassol CID are still investigating.
