With reference to the 2021 tax returns I had previously had excellent help by prompt return emails from the Taxisnet office as with the recent changes to returns I found it was making it difficult to complete the return online.
Even then I still had difficulties so, as suggested by them, called the help line.
I did not ask the name of the lady that I spoke with but hopefully there is a record because I would very much like to thank her for her help.
I also requested that she be commended for her efficiency, patience and politeness I was so impressed.
I know that sometimes government employees get some bad reviews and probably abuse so I hope that getting some well-deserved praise can be recorded.
Many thanks again for such excellent service which I would like to publicly acknowledge.
