The Animal Party said on Monday it will be collecting pet food to donate to shelters and volunteers over the Christmas holidays.

In a statement, the party called on everyone to donate pet food to feed the animals, whether those are pets or other animals in need.

All the food collected will be distributed to shelters, rescuers, volunteers, or anyone who cares for animals and lacks the financial means, it added
