A fire under control in Akrotiri on Wednesday, after three firefighting aircraft battled the flames.
Fire trucks from the British bases and forestry department were also deployed to the scene, as authorities were trying to determine the cause of the fire.
The flames began in the morning but the fire was under control by afternoon.
On Tuesday, a fire had erupted in the same area and it was not immediately clear if it was the same fire that reignited or a new one.
One helicopter from the British bases and two aircraft from the forestry department were sent at the scene.
The flames burned wild shrub and vegetation, a spokesperson for the bases said. There was no danger to people’s homes, they specified.
