Now that the days are getting longer and the sun shines a little brighter, we can look forward to fun spring days ahead. Annual festivals and new events are approaching soon all over Cyprus – in cities and in nature. Here are some of spring’s festivals with confirmed dates.

The 9th Cyprus Bar Show returns for its 2025 edition on March 21 and 22. Industry professionals and beyond are invited to head down to Laxia Palace Protaras and taste new signature cocktails and unique combinations and learn all of the latest trends and flavours in the bar world.

A week later another annual happening will take place. The Cyprus Tattoo Convention 2025 will welcome artists and tattoo lovers to Carob Mill Restaurants on March 28, 29 and 30 for three days of ink. As always, visitors will have a chance to meet their favourite tattoo artists up close, get flash tattoos or piercings, buy merch and enjoy a live music programme. The convention is expected to welcome artists from around the world again, as well as local creatives who are transforming the Cypriot tattoo scene.

In April, the Larnaca’s World Poetry Festival will fill the city with poetic events, readings and interventions. From April 24 to 27, a series of literature events are expected to take place sharing the work of Cyprus’ writers and poets. Also happening in April is the 23rd edition of the Cyprus Film Days International Film Festival.

From April 4 to 12, a selection of films, curated by a committee, will be presented at Rialto Theatre in Limassol and Pallas Theatre in Nicosia. As always, the festival has a rich parallel events programme for all ages and backgrounds, ending with a street party!
