Two hooded men robbed a bakery in Limassol in the early hours of Sunday morning, the police said.
The pair reportedly entered the bakery, which is located in the Havouza neighbourhood, at 2am.
One of the pair was holding a knife, and, according to a bakery employee and a member of the public who witnessed the incident, was speaking in the Cypriot Greek dialect.
The pair grabbed the bakery’s till, which contained around €500 in cash at the time, and fled the scene.
The police’s investigation into the matter is ongoing.
