Where do you live?
I have the privilege to live with my daughter and our 11 cats in Lakatamia for 14 years to this day. As I am renting, I am currently looking for a new home in the area.
What did you have for breakfast?
Breakfast depends on the day, the time and place. It might have to do with my descent from the Balkans – diverse, strong and sometimes spicy.
Describe your perfect day.
One perfect day would be described as a day of joy, happiness, love, full of laughter, spent with people having the same frequency as mine, cherishing what we have, communicating and dancing to the music we love to listen to.
Best book ever read?
Book genres have always been a challenge for me. I’ve ended up reading funny books. I would say the Discworld series by Terry Pratchett was my number one for the humour and connection to our modern society.
Best childhood memory?
Skipping physics class with my classmates to go and see Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back when there were still early cinema projections at 10am.
What is always in your fridge?
Cat food, chocolate, homemade remedies and milk.
What music are you listening to in the car at the moment?
Iron Maiden.
What’s your spirit animal?
Well, where do I start and where do I end? I wanted to be a vet but the problem with my Scorpio nature of not accepting loss made me a creator instead. I love animals. I have close connection with all cats and all birds. I love all the other animals and that would include the positive humans too.
What are you most proud of?
Being a single mother in Cyprus and working in the private sector definitely. Name one thing that can beat that, please.
What movie scene has really stayed with you?
Movies in my head are like the old VCR renting shops… Do you feel lucky, punk? Clint Eastwood was my dream man as Dirty Harry… didn’t get that far!
If you could pick anyone at all (alive or dead) to go out for the evening with, who would it be?
I feel like I’m closed in a 2×2 room. How can I pick one when I have to start with God, go through everybody including angels and humans and end up with my plants and cats? Tricky one. Have to go with God, if I have to choose just one.
If you could time travel when/where would you go?
Another dimension. Anywhere where there is no war, hate, greed, jealousy or politics.
What is your greatest fear?
Becoming a slave.
What would you say to your 18-year-old self?
Yeah, baby, enjoy your life, but please combine it with more studies. It will be useful in the future for you, believe me.
Name the one thing that would stop you dating someone.
Essentially being with someone talking more than me.
If the world is ending in 24 hours, what would you do?
God did not give me the privilege to know… yet. If the world was ending I would be the last person looking left or right, wondering what was wrong in the picture and if I had concussion. So, the bottom line is I would do anything that I would have done without knowing the world was ending… yet.
