The Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Keve) has issued an invitation to buyers from around the world to participate in the upcoming “Meet the Buyer” online matchmaking event, scheduled to take place from October 13 to 17, 2025.
The chamber is acting as the coordinator of Enterprise Europe Network Cyprus, with the event being held in collaboration with the agrifood sector group and the internationalisation thematic group.
Keve said that it “aims to offer businesses a unique opportunity to discover new international suppliers and expand their product portfolios in the agrifood and agritech sectors”.
“The five-day virtual event will bring together buyers and suppliers from across Europe and beyond, creating what the organisers describe as a dynamic virtual space to connect, collaborate, and explore new business opportunities,” it added.
Moreover, the announcement mentioned that the event will feature targeted business-to-business meetings spread over five days and divided into ten flexible sessions. Participants may attend as many sessions as they wish.
The entire event will be held online, “offering participants the benefit of saving both time and travel costs”.
The organisers stated that at this stage, only buyer registrations are being accepted, with supplier registration to open at a later date.
They mentioned that registered buyers will have the opportunity to submit promotional material, such as videos, pitch decks, or short presentations, to showcase their companies on the event platform.
They further stated that suppliers will be able to preview buyer profiles in advance and request meetings that align with their business interests.
The organisers said that by participating, buyers will be matched with potential suppliers and partners.
They also said that participants will have the chance to discover new products, technologies, and solutions, while building international connections that can help scale their impact.
In addition, they underlined that the event will offer buyers the opportunity to promote their companies to a wide international audience.
The targeted sectors for this matchmaking event include agrifood, agritech, agri-innovation, processing, packaging, and smart solutions.
Interested buyers are invited to register for participation free of charge by September 10, 2025.
