Among the new offerings, the FUNGHI RISOTTO stands out, a creamy risotto with wild mushrooms, fresh vegetables, and mozzarella, as well as LAMB SHANK TAGLIATELLE with tender lamb shank, tomato and red wine sauce, pangrattato, and Parmesan.

The TUSCAN CARNE BURGER combines Black Angus beef with melted Fontal cheese, caramelised onions, and crispy finocchiona, while the SIRLOIN TAGLIATA offers a refined meat experience with tomatoes, arugula, balsamic vinegar and Parmesan cheese.

CHARGRILLED HALLOUMI completes the dining experience with homemade tomato jam and seeds. Each dish honours fresh ingredients and authentic flavors, served with care and impressive presentation.
