The Bank of Cyprus (BoC) has announced the date for reviewing its audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, and released an updated financial calendar for 2026.
The bank said its board of directors will convene on March 30, 2026, to examine the audited financial statements for the Bank of Cyprus Group.
The audited financial results will be announced on March 31, 2026 before market open, with disclosures to both the Athens Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
The announcement also confirmed that the final FY2025 financial results and annual financial report 2025 will be published on March 31, 2026, reflecting an amended publication date.
As part of the updated calendar, the bank outlined that the first quarter 2026 financial results and analysts briefing will take place on May 11, 2026.
The bank further stated that the annual general meeting is scheduled for May 15, 2026, where shareholders will consider key matters including dividend approval.
According to the updated schedule, the ex-dividend date is set for May 25, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting.
The dividend record date will follow on May 26, 2026, determining eligible shareholders.
The bank added that the dividend payment date is scheduled for June 24, 2026, pending approval of the proposed final dividend for the 2025 financial year.
The updated calendar also includes the first half 2026 financial results and analysts briefing on August 3, 2026, followed by the nine-month results later in the year.
Specifically, the nine-month 2026 financial results and analysts briefing will be held on November 9, 2026, completing the scheduled reporting cycle.
The bank clarified that all financial results announcements will be published before the opening of trading on both the Athens and Cyprus stock exchanges.
It added that the analysts’ briefings will take place later on the same day as each results announcement, providing further insights into performance.
The bank also stated that it reserves the right to amend the announced dates, with any changes to be communicated to the public in a timely manner.
It noted that the dividend-related dates remain subject to shareholder approval, with further details expected to be included in the notice of the annual general meeting.
