Where do you live?
I am from Cyprus, but currently live in London, United Kingdom with family

What did you have for breakfast?
Obviously as I am from Cyprus, I usually have a Mediterranean based breakfast, with many eggs, between six and eight. I know that is a lot of eggs, but I need the fuel as a strength athlete.

Describe your perfect day
A perfect day for me would be a great Strongman-based gym session, lifting heavy, and spending good quality time with family.

Best book ever read?
When I read a book I like to learn something from it, maybe something that can help me develop personally.

Best childhood memory?
Going to Cyprus for summer with family.

What is always in your fridge?
Chicken, red meat, eggs… That is if I don’t eat all of it in a day… as a Strongman, we love to eat.

What music are you listening to in the car at the moment?
I love music, music is a great form of therapy. Anything that sounds good.

What’s your spirit animal?
The wolf, because of the strength to face adversity, the loyalty to family, the trust in inner instinct and sharp intelligence.

What are you most proud of?
I have recently earned a Combined World Record for completing 90 Consecutive Days, consisting of two challenges: 300kg daily farmer’s walk for 60 days, and 220kg daily squat for 30 days. A significant milestone in my life.

What movie scene has really stayed with you?
I like movies that are meaningful and based on true stories.

If you could pick anyone at all (alive or dead) to go out for the evening with, who would it be?
Nothing like spending good quality time with good people or with family. Good company does the soul good.

If you could time travel when/where would you go?
“The past is already gone, the future is not yet here. There’s only one moment for you to live.”

What is your greatest fear?
It depends on how a person would look at this question. For me, fear is a form of survival instinct, a person under great self-control, can use it to fight in the face of adversity or to overcome such challenges with effective precautions.

What would you say to your 18-year-old self?
To be patient, to take each step at a time, and learn something along the way. Especially when facing difficulty. To understand that there is no such thing as failing but a chance to learn and develop.
