Marking a significant milestone in the organisation’s growth, Phanos N. Epiphaniou Ltd’s new Strovolos facilities on Meteoron Street were inaugurated successfully in the presence of the President of the House of Representatives, Annita Demetriou, as well as of MPs, local government representatives and many invited guests.

The new premises accommodate the company’s Building Materials store in Nicosia, as well as the store of its subsidiary Hydrotherm, forming a modern infrastructure that enhances the Group’s operational capacity and elevates its level of service.

The investment for the development of the facilities amounted to approximately €4 million and included the acquisition of land and an existing building, along with its complete renovation and conversion to meet contemporary market demands.

The Phanos N. Epiphaniou Group, with its longstanding presence in the building and construction industry, continues to invest dynamically in new sectors and infrastructure, further strengthening its broad range of products and solutions – from construction rebar and steel products to HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures and flooring, photovoltaic systems and energy solutions, as well as technical building materials related to thermal insulation, waterproofing and building maintenance.

Of particular importance is also the company’s strategic expansion into the dry construction sector (gypsum boards), reinforcing its presence in a significant and growing segment of the market through collaborations with leading European groups such as FIBRAN GYPS.

In his address, the company’s General Manager, Nicholas Epiphaniou, underlined that this new investment forms part of a broader development plan, based on the philosophy of continuous improvement, strengthening human capital and the constant upgrade of customer services. He remarked that “in today’s economic environment, companies that do not grow are, in reality, contracting”.

Meanwhile, the Group is continuing its growth trajectory, announcing two additional major investments: the creation of a new central steel warehouse in Kalavasos and a new showroom for the Epiphaniou Bath & Floors on Strovolos Avenue in Nicosia.

The inauguration of the new facilities marks the beginning of a new and dynamic chapter for the Phanos N. Epiphaniou Group, which continues, with consistency and vision, to invest in development, actively contributing to the progress of the Cypriot economy.
