The government on Thursday condemned the attack taking place in New Orleans on New Year’s Day that resulted in the death of 15 people.
“Deeply shocked by the devastating attack in New Orleans, which has claimed many lives and left many more injured,” the presidency posted on its X account.
“We strongly condemn this horrific act of violence. Our hearts go out to the victims, their families. We stand in solidarity with the people of the US.”
