The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) on Monday announced the continuation of the suspension of trading in the shares of four listed companies following a decision by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).
The affected companies are Toxotis Investments Public Ltd, A. Tsokkos Hotels Public Ltd, Dome Investments Public Company Ltd and Karyes Investments Public Company Ltd.
The suspension of trading has been in effect since March 2, 2026 and will remain in place until the companies comply with their obligations, and no later than June 30, 2026.
The regulator requested that the CSE council proceed with the suspension due to the companies’ failure to meet their financial reporting obligations.
As a result, investors are not being provided with the necessary information regarding the companies’ financial position, the announcement said.
In the case of Toxotis Investments Public Ltd, the company has not published its annual financial report for the year ended December 31, 2023.
It has also failed to publish its interim financial report for the period ended June 30, 2024.
In addition, the company has not released its annual financial report for the year ended December 31, 2024.
It also failed to publish its interim financial report for the period ended June 30, 2025.
For A. Tsokkos Hotels Public Ltd, Dome Investments Public Company Ltd and Karyes Investments Public Company Ltd, the companies have not published their annual financial reports for the year ended December 31, 2024.
They have also failed to release their interim financial reports for the period ended June 30, 2025.
The absence of this financial information means that the market lacks transparency regarding their performance and financial standing.
The decision reflects ongoing regulatory efforts to ensure compliance with disclosure requirements in the regulated market.
