Alpha Bank secured leading distinctions at the internationally recognised Euromoney Private Banking Awards, reaffirming its position in Greece’s private banking sector.

The bank received the Best Private Bank – Greece award for the eighth consecutive year, while also being recognised for its expertise in discretionary portfolio management.

The awards ceremony took place recently in London, gathering senior executives from the global financial sector.

The delegation accepted two distinctions on behalf of the bank, namely Best Private Bank – Greece and Best for Discretionary Portfolio Management.

The Euromoney judging panel highlighted the bank’s expansion of investment options, the strengthening of its international partnerships, and the acceleration of its digital transformation.

Particular emphasis was placed on its discretionary portfolio management services, where Alpha Bank recorded consistently rising returns.

These results were supported by a strong investment governance framework and continuous monitoring of market developments.

The bank’s recognition builds on more than 30 years of expertise in private banking.

Alpha Bank was the first institution to introduce private banking services to the Greek market in 1993.

With a steady focus on innovation, transparency and a client-centric approach, the bank continues to reinforce its role as a trusted partner in managing and growing client wealth.

The latest international recognition further strengthens its strategic position both in Greece and abroad.

“These distinctions are a tangible recognition of our commitment to providing high-level private banking services, centred on the needs of our clients,” said Private Banking Director Andreas Katsogiannos.

“This success belongs to our people, who with expertise and dedication contribute daily to the development of the bank’s wealth management sector,” he added.
